This is a new podcast by Biff from Zlin, Czech Republic!
We’re in Zlin, Czech Republic, weather is fantastic, 2000 tickets sold
tonight, should be great.
The book is out, not in the shops yet but you can
buy it on the net. Don´t think i´ll get the booker price but it´s good for
swatting flies, hey that rhymes, i´m such a poet, …not!
…. Just be aware it´s not a book for kids to read….
Biff’s filming from stage, crazy!
Formed out of the ashes of ‘Pride’, this Worthing/Brighton based band, on first listening, sound like a cross between King’s X and The Black Label Society - no bad thing there!! - but you make up your own mind!
I’ve known cousins Simon and Lee Farmery for years and watched their progress in various local bands - they’re a superb, tight rhythm section and Chris Green, the guitarist plays some quite brilliant guitar behind the powerful vocals of Matt Mitchell.
They’ve been gigging around the UK and have released an EP called ‘32 Hours’ - go and check out their site and grab a copy of the cd!!!!
Biff introduces more crewmembers and shows you the trucks and busses.
In this huge podcast from the gig in Munich, Biff’s going around with the cam introducing the crew and talking to the band about their gear. Nice one!
Biff introducing the crew and interviewing his band mates [13:09m]: Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (2332)The band is now in Saarbrücken playing their first gig after the short easter break. Biff’s talking about the Harvey Goldsmith stuff and more.
Hi from the French country side. Thomas and I travelling to Saarbrücken from Paris on the train. So all you British Fans have seen the two programs, we had great fun reading your comments. Although the show that went out was nothing like the first idea when they approached us. The Format of the Show of showing the band struggling and than Harvey comes in and makes us successful leaves a lot to be desired and was only to be expected. However we feel our involvement with Harvey and Channel 4 has been fantastic for the Bands profile, we cannot even list the amount of mentions me and the band got in the national press. So sometimes you have to go with the flow but It wasn´t the film we or the director thought we were making.
Paul shows you how to play the Saxon tune State Of Grace and is fiddeling around a little bit.
Welcome to my little corner of the tour bus!
Here you’ll find my thoughts, info, and links to bands that i’ve been listening to while on tour - we often get demos given to us so some of these may be included, but i’ll also use this feature to draw your attention to lesser known bands who maybe deserve being checked out.
